Admin Training

Admin Training is designed to provide comprehensive end-to-end system usage training for the core team, administrators, and key users. Typically conducted close to the go-live phase, this training can be customized based on the roles configured in the system, but may require additional training days. It also serves as a “train the trainer” program, enabling key users to train other administrators.

Project Team Overview (PTO) Training

This training specifically targets the core implementation team, familiarizing them with the system’s terminology and preparing them for configuration workshops. By mapping current processes to the system’s terminology, this training facilitates better decision-making during workshop sessions.
